About AIPics

Simple tools for everyday image work

Focused image and document conversion without accounts or unnecessary complexity.

Why AIPics exists

Common file tasks should be quick. AIPics provides focused tools for compression, conversion, resizing, cropping, privacy, website assets and ODF document rendering.

How local image processing works

Your browser reads the selected image, draws its decoded pixels to a temporary canvas and creates a new output file with the settings you choose. The image content is not sent to an AIPics application server. Closing or refreshing the page clears the working state.

How ODF conversion works

Accurate ODT, ODS, ODP, ODG and formula rendering needs a full office engine. The ODF to image converter therefore sends only the selected document to an isolated LibreOffice container, produces the requested images and deletes all temporary files when the request ends.

Accuracy and limits

AIPics documents the behavior that matters before you download. Converting a file cannot restore detail already lost, enlarging cannot create real source detail, and unavailable document fonts may require compatible substitutions. Image encoding results can also vary between browsers.

Our principles

Tools should be fast, understandable and honest about their limits and processing location. Files that can be processed reliably on the device stay on the device; a tool that requires temporary server processing says so before upload.
