Local image processing

AIPics processes files selected in the image compressor, image converter, resizer, cropper, metadata remover and favicon generator locally in your web browser. Those image contents are not uploaded to or stored on our application servers.

Temporary ODF document processing

The ODF to image converter is different because accurate ODT, ODS, ODP, ODG and ODF rendering requires LibreOffice. When you start that conversion, the document is uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection to an isolated Cloudflare Container. The document is used only to produce the requested images.

File deletion and retention

Each ODF request uses a new temporary working directory. The source document, intermediate PDF and generated images are deleted automatically when the request completes, fails or times out. AIPics does not provide document storage, conversion history or recovery, and does not use uploaded documents for model training.

Basic service data

Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and security signals to deliver and protect the website. Operational logs may record request timing, response status and error diagnostics, but should not contain document contents.

Cookies and accounts

AIPics does not currently offer user accounts and does not set application cookies.

Third-party services

We do not currently embed advertising, analytics trackers or external document-conversion APIs. Site delivery and temporary ODF processing use Cloudflare infrastructure.
